Korea Aerospace University’s University Job Plus Center successfully held the “Fall 2026 Interview Master Program” to strengthen the interview skills and competitiveness of current students and graduates.

The program consisted of interview preparation lectures and in-person mock interviews. During the lectures, industry professionals from the semiconductor and automotive sectors introduced the latest recruitment trends and interview strategies for their respective industries. Experts from various fields also served as interviewers during the mock interviews, which were conducted in a format similar to actual recruitment processes.

Through detailed feedback from the experts, participants had the opportunity to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and develop practical strategies for interview preparation. The program received high levels of satisfaction and contributed to enhancing students’ employment readiness.
